Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
Eye Gallery (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit eyegallerybygarenoganni.com (the “Site”) or purchase from us, how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are
Eye Gallery is the trade name of Roso Beverly Hills S Corporation, doing business as Eye Gallery by Garen Oganni, an optical retailer located at 224 S. Robertson Boulevard, Beverly Hills, California 90211. For privacy questions, contact us at privacy@eyegallerybygarenoganni.com or by phone at 424-777-0045.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Orders and accounts. When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details.
- Payment. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Authorize.Net (a Visa company). We do not store your full card number on our servers. We receive a token and the last four digits for order processing and refund handling.
- Gift cards and product options. If you purchase or redeem a gift card, or select custom product options (for example, frame add-ons), we collect the details needed to fulfill that purchase.
- Communications. If you contact us through the Site, email, or phone, we keep a record of that correspondence.
- Appointment inquiries. If you ask to book an appointment, we collect your name and contact details so we can respond. Eye examination records and prescription data are handled through our in-store systems, not stored on this Site.
Information collected automatically
- Log data. Our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps for security and diagnostics.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies to keep your shopping cart working, remember preferences, and measure site usage. See “Cookies and tracking” below.
- Device and usage data. Pages visited, products viewed, clicks, and approximate location derived from IP.
How we use information
- To process and ship orders, handle returns, and provide customer support.
- To operate accounts, gift cards, and stored preferences.
- To send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, receipts) via our email delivery provider.
- To prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with law.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To deliver advertising on third-party platforms based on your interest in our products, where permitted.
Cookies and tracking
We use first-party cookies that are necessary for the Site to function (for example, to keep items in your cart). We also use analytics and advertising technologies that set cookies or similar identifiers, including:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand site usage.
- Pinterest Tag to measure and optimize advertising.
You can control cookies through your browser settings or through our cookie preference banner where available. Disabling non-essential cookies will not prevent you from shopping, but some features and advertising relevance may be reduced.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to operate the business:
- Service providers who host the Site, process payments (Authorize.Net), deliver email, ship orders, provide analytics, or deliver advertising on our behalf. These providers are bound by contract to use your information only for the services we ask them to perform.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our business, or others.
- Business transfers. If Eye Gallery is sold, merges, or transfers assets, customer information may be part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal information in the common sense of the word, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing. Some advertising technology we use may be classified as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law; see “Your California privacy rights” below.
How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as needed to service the order, support returns and warranty claims, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations (generally at least seven years for transactional records). Account profile information is kept until you ask us to delete it, subject to the exceptions above. Marketing preferences are kept until you opt out. Security and log data is kept for a limited operational period and then discarded.
Your choices
- Account information. Log in to view or update your account. Contact us to close an account.
- Email. Transactional emails are required to fulfill orders. Marketing emails, if we send any, include an unsubscribe link.
- Cookies. Use the cookie preference banner where available, or your browser settings.
- Do Not Track. Our Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals; we treat California Global Privacy Control signals as described below.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA”), gives you the following rights:
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share.
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond what is necessary to provide our products and services.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, address, email, phone, IP), commercial information (order history), internet activity (browsing on our Site), geolocation (approximate, from IP), and inferences drawn from the above.
Sources: directly from you, automatically from your device, and from our service providers (for example, payment and shipping partners).
Purposes: the uses described in “How we use information.”
Sale or sharing: we share identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners (for example, Pinterest and Google) to deliver relevant advertising. This may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. To opt out, use the cookie preference banner where available, configure your browser’s Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, or email privacy@eyegallerybygarenoganni.com. We honor verified GPC signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing.
How to exercise your rights. Email privacy@eyegallerybygarenoganni.com or call 424-777-0045. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may designate an authorized agent.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, tokenized payment processing, and access controls on our backend systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; you use the Site at your own risk.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites and embedded content (for example, product videos). Those sites set their own cookies and have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice on the Site.
