Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Eye Gallery. If something is not right, here is how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Return window

In-stock, non-prescription items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all packaging, cases, cleaning cloths, and accessories.

Items we cannot accept back

• Prescription eyewear, including frames fitted with prescription lenses and prescription sunglasses.
• Contact lenses that have been opened or have a broken factory seal.
• Custom, personalized, or special-order products.
• Gift cards.
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@eyegallerybygarenoganni.com or call 424-777-0045 with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging and ship it back to us using the label or method we provide. We recommend insuring valuable shipments.

Return shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we pay return shipping. For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. If you have not received an expected refund, first contact your bank; if the problem persists, contact us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different size, color, or model, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order. Contact us if you need help coordinating an exchange.

In-store purchases

Purchases made at our Beverly Hills boutique are governed by the return policy communicated at the time of purchase. Please contact the store for assistance.
